From 12 August 2026, a Declaration of Conformity will be mandatory for all packaging.

More requirements, less effort: the new digital tool from PACKLIANCE & CHI for creating the technical documentation and Declaration of Conformity in accordance with Article 39 PPWR.

The tool is now available to companies and, as a first step, will cover all requirements that must be met from 12 August 2026.
